Heartbreakers what? Thems some nice finds there. I cant verify the fluting but I see where it might be. They look from the size to be tools of some type but there are folks that can give you a fo sho on that. Where are they from?The chase is better than the catch...

I'd like to see how thin these are, especially the first one. And location found. If mentioning basal fluting implies Paleo, that's not always true. Many point styles have basal thinning flakes, especially in the last preform stage, especially Fox Creeks and Meadowoods. The overall triangular form is common in the Adena and Hopewell blades.
