ID:	247866 lots of rain in some good fields around NW TN lately. Never have found any purple hardstone before. Very nice pitted Mano.

ID:	247865 Also found a couple points. The knapper really had his work cut out for him on the Jasper adena piece; looks like it fought him the whole way

          Interesting finds Dylan! So do you think that the mano is made from a stone that is somewhat purple, or do you think that the stone could be red ocher stained? I've heard of places in Tennessee where the red ochre was very purple...
