Possible axe head? Need help!

Found today on Hoopers Island on Chesapeake Bay...dont find anything like this on my beach, not sure if natural or something thats been smoothed out by indians, can anybody help with this?

Can you take several more photos of all the surfaces in natural light?

It sure has the shape...more angles in outdoor light will help a lot...show the edges...I like the shell fused to it...do not remove that...

I say Dakota - That looks like a barnacle attached to that piece. I agree with Baba - it has the right shape but Mother Nature can do some weird things with rocks. However, as Havenhunter and Baba both say some addit pics with natural lighting would help. I can't see any indications that that piece was worked my man. ...Chuck

Has the outline of something but can't tell much from the 2 pics.
