Hi frogyrogy and welcome to the forum. If by the Horse Creek Chert, you mean the point on the right then I think it is a Bakers Creek. In the future, when you post photos then it would be helpful to those of us trying to help you out if you would provide better quality photos. In this instance, in sharp focus and with a light source that does not cast shadows. We need to be able to see the fine chipping along the edges if there is any. The general outline or form is only one of many things to examine before making an ID with confidence. BTW, the guess of Hamilton Stemmed is a good one. But the lack of any barbs on the shoulders eliminates that one among a couple of other smaller details.
