This is a rare type, its a Lusk that was found in Nebraska.

The Lusk point type is poorly understood due to lack of adequate archaeological evidence. It has been suggested that it may be an Angostura variant.

This was papered as a Lusk by Jim Bennett, with info from Matt Rowe. I agree that is a variant of Angostura.
These are all Angostura and were all found in Texas.
