      That case and crate set up is a great way to go. Secure, portable, and protective of the glass, the frames and the points.

      Just be careful with the colored foam inserts, it's better to just switch to cloth in my opinion. The foam will fade, discolor, and occasionally disintegrate and stick to the points. Also, if you pinch a corner in the frame and open them too quickly it'll lift and make your points slide. I think it was George Looney, who many here will remember with a smile, who opened a case outside of an arrowhead show and the foam went flying with a bunch of bird points...

        I prefer felt. It is very inexpensive and available at any walmart or Jo Anne Knit shop. The foam will be replaced very soon. I also have some hinges and locks from WIllJo when it gets warmer I will crank up my table saw and make a few frames to match these.
