  • Continuing education can be fun.

On Monday and Tuesday Jamie and I went back to school.
We both had great a great day on Monday.
Due to the fact that we were working in a large field we were texting our finds back and forth.
We were tied on the finds when he left for the day and the texts were tit-for-tat all day long.
These are my finds for the two days in chronological order. Click image for larger version

It gave a nice squeaky high tone.
And had the appearance of old silver when it came out. Click image for larger version

Sure you're not finding & losing & finding this ring over & over again like Groundhog Day? It's very cool! Lol!!

But it really is a numbers game.
71 pennies on Monday and 77 pennies on Tuesday make for a lot of deep knee bends and frustration. Click image for larger version

Some of those aluminum twist caps when the are on edge and 5 inches down sound so nice. Click image for larger version

Hey Bruce, Looks like a fun hunt. Man look at that green grass. Our deer are eating cedar bows.

Thanks Ron. Ever since leaving Ontario, just north of you, I have been spoiled with green grass all year long.

It was fun Johnny. Made even more so by having a buddy that day.

No harpoons that has got to be a first. Coin heavy hunt it looks like also. Is that a blacktail deer?

Those harpoons are my least favorite thing to find I must say.
But they are better off in my trash shots than stuck in some kids foot because their mother was not watching them.
