    Someone had suggested that I post a list of the lithics I have knapped. I'm glad I made this list before I forget too many. In addition to the lithics in the list I have knapped several stones that I don't know. I have also knapped a variety of glass. Here is a list of the lithics I know and remember knapping.

      Hey Matt, I have knapped a few different types of agate and that one knapped the best of the agate types.

    I think at this point your list should be a wish list Ron.

      Would be really cool is if you remembered how hard each lithic was to knapp by a 1 through 10 scale.1 being hardest 10 being easyest.then you could do how hard each rocks is density wise.then you could find out what density is best to knapp lol.

          Hey Josh, That's a good list. This is a lith poor area (Mich U.P.) I have bought some 700 pounds of rocks in addition to what people have gifted me. I would love to pick my own lithic material from a natural site.
