When I opened my Secret Santa gift today from Tam, I caught a whiff of warm tropical breezes. Inside was a lovely picture frame with a display of Swift Creek Complicated Stamped Pottery shards with the most amazing impressions! And that wasn't all. A small drawstring bag held a collection of shells and sea glass from Hawaii-- the perfect gift from one beach lover to another.
Mele Kalikimaka to you too, Tam!

And I received it today. I vowed not to open it until I mail mine. 😇
It will be in a box and on its way maybe tomorrow, if I can get off work early enough today it will happen.

Hope the frame was ok Deb , you can put it on the wall or table ... I found that the black made it pop .
I tried , biege , light brown nothing made it stand out .
I thought you would get a kick out of the Puka shells .
put them on a key chain or an earring .
we put them on hoops here hanging on to the 60’s
Glad you liked it !! I was getting worried I sent that puppy off over a week ago .

The frame arrived safely but the double sided tape holding them did not. Fear not however, the pottery shards are just fine; just not arranged the way you had them placed. The black background is perfect! I do like the Puka shells and so does my granddaughter! I did the best id I could using a FL shell book. I've attached a photo above.

The tiger is the most common . The one I sent you I have only found 3 . They seem to loose the outer pattern unless you polish them .
We would go diving and fear not the outopus has already

My apologies to Everett for holding off on posting his gift to me.
I have been trying to find out about the ring he sent.

ID:	277951 The ring that he mentioned is very cool.
I am not so sure about it being a class ring though.
My thoughts are that it is a sweetheart ring (size 5 1/2) given to a loved one from someone in an artillery unit.
