I keep thinking of things I should have stated as well. Some of the material those artifacts are made of is hornstone, Sonora, Carter cave and Kentucky Blue. There is a point that is a red chert that I haven't figured out what it is. I have found numerous point types made of that stuff, even a few beaver lakes. It looks difficult to knap and doesn't show flake scars well. I do find large chunks in my field but it's usually cracked up pretty bad.
