I'll get my entry in while I have service. Found this pine tree on 6/2/22 in a clay bank in Hardin Co, TN. The clay had layers of charcoal, ash and red ochre(I think...) visible. It's just under 3" and the base is ground slick, like a dovetail. It has a tiny ear ding from back in the day(ancient times)... but other than that is in awesome condition. Crazy that this point has been stuck in that clay for 9000yrs, and i just happened to cruise by when it was sticking out. Def one of my favorite finds. https://forums.arrowheads.com/forum/...cient-campfire

This isn't a monster or anything but for a lamoka point the workmanship is pristine for a nornally crudely found point. So why not, I'll enter!

Just stoked to see such a pristine Lamoka come out of the same spot where so many broken or crudely made ones have found their way to me! It's not a monster but the workmanship is fantastic. Not bad for only hunting for 2 months!

Let us see how a half of a bannerstone does against fine whole points…

            Nuther One

Could not be happier for my son! I always tell him, “Leave no stone unturned.” Though it’s a joke, he listens. This afternoon, Nuther One heeded my advice when he saw a curious green slate. At first he squealed, “I think it is a Celt!” Then, upon seeing the drilling, changed his mind, “Wait…it’s a bannerstone!!!” I think it is

As always, thank you for organizing this.
