Merry Christmas everybody! Yes. I am 17 days early, but that doesn't matter does it?

Share your photos of your tree, your horrible wrapping, your crazy uncle Bob (don't), anything Christmas related. Here are my two.

    Merry Christmas ya'll!

You could have at least used red duct tape.

I kinda do that on purpose. Not the horrible wrapping, that's real, but the duct tape just adds to the "funniness". The long, fat one is an egg carton wrapped up. He'll get a kick out of that!

The duct tape is a nice compliment...brings back memories...and we have had two fatalities so far from Christmas tree feline felons...

Trying to post my GD we went out and looked at the neighborhood lights but no can do so I’ll tell a duct tape story 🤭 We had and still have a great fishing Buddie over here in Hawaii . We would exchange a small gift that had to do with that sport each year at Xmas . Well we had more fun making the wrapping look bad then the pleasure of receiving a Coleman lamp .
no wrapping paper just newspaper and the worst job we could do . Then the duct tape came out . Two men exchanging gifts in the rawest form . I laughed so hard and got the biggest kick out of his response .
Duct tape really can be such a joy 🎄
        Merry Christmas .

That's a great story! I really am horrible at wrapping, but the tape just add's to it. My dad and grandfather were not much better, so I think I come by it honestly...

Tree at my son's place in Connecticut. He said he wanted an angel on top. I could not find one so I bent the branch and said there you go. If you look close you will see the angle .

I used to get a nice white birch log and staple money to it then place it money side down in a box with balled up news paper a tuna can or some other canned goods like garbanzo beans. Then I would put that box into another larger box. Usually up to 7 or 8 boxes. Each one wrapped. The look on my son's face the first time I did it to him was priceless. I loved teasing both my youngins when they were kiddos. I think it has helped them to have a good sense of humor as adults. Myabe a tad bit warped but life should be fun .

My first wife got a lump of coal tied between two dictionaries. I told her if we kept pressure on it for several million years it would turn from carbon to a diamond. Another year I wrapped two carrots a dime and a key ring up for her. Two carrot dime and ring. I alway gave good gifts too but there were prank gifts every year.
