  • Well worth the time

Yeah, I know, few of us here from Minnesota but this is one good book covering not just what you think but also an in depth study of manufacture and great photos and examples of miscellaneous tools, points, implements, raw materials, ground items, drilling, grinding, polishing.
I've attached the web page, scroll down below the picture of the points, there are two links. A 400 page book so it takes two links to see it all.
    Well worth the look.

Hi Greg. That is an excellent educational resource. It is very well written and illustrated and it can be used by professional archaeologists and avocational ones as well. I started reading portions of it and had difficulty putting it aside so I've downloaded it to use as one of my references. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I particularly like the discussion on atlatl darts and arrow points. It is a great resource to have available even if it were to cost a few bucks to download. To get it at no cost is a real public service.
