    Yes sir no denying the cultural diffusion, the LITHIC evidence supports that and from the location. However my argument (idea really) is we are seeing the cultural diffusion of a more powerful lithic tipped arrow that can be made economically in large numbers., not necessarily the adoption of the bow in general. I see it as the forrest for the trees thing myself.

    Thats one of the best papers Ive read too, its the main one that set me on this concept.

      One more theory... Vikings had the bow. Maybe they influenced Native peoples. Just a crazy idea and I have no proof.
