  • The Missouri Archaeologist

VOL.38 Whole Volume Dec. 1977. Score from a book store! I opened it and seen a "BS" Stamp over paragraphs from a previous owner of the book, especially on the stone mace articles along with his/her writing on sides of pages which really sold me on it lol.
    Any thoughts on these journals?

They have their good and bad, just like every other publication. I have a lot of them and have found them to be a very valuable resource.

I agree. The one you really want to look for is Vol.14,Oct. 1952. It is a whole book On The Spiro Mound.

          Josh,
I love these publications, a lot of good burial photos and illustrations.  I have four volumes, from '65.  That one looks really cool, I love the cover photo!
