  • I need help please

    I need help with two things. First is this modern or old? Second is if old what group? the look two me would be? Any help would be great! I know nothing about pipes.

    1st, Never begin a thread with "I need help". It just leaves you wide open for all kinds punishment.
    Any resin in it? Have you tried lighting it and taking a toke?
    You don't know anything about it?
    It kind of looks modern and it kind of looks Northwest coastal so in other words I have no clue.
    Back to the needing help part.
    Yes we know, yes you do and we have wondered for years when you would ask.

      Hhhhhuuuuummmmm Chase - Like Greg says, that's a very leading question to which I have absolutely no answer. Now about the pipe - that blue coloring looks to be molded into the pipe, not a surface paint - so I'd go with Greg about more modern but just how modern - I dunno.

        Looks like Catlinite with lead inlay. Possibly pewter??? I do not think it is that old but could be wrong. What do you know about it Chase? Where was it collected?
