Cody type knife & Stockton Curve need assistance from California

Can anyone give me information concerning these points.....please check out the pictures

Not cody but looking at it would suggest crescent

Its Hard to tell from photos alone but The bird points look good . But not a Stockton curve or Cody . How about a photo of the rest of that case .
