Is this a spear point or knife?

This point is just under 4 inches. Found in Mineral County, Nevada. I grew up being told that these were knives, but I’m also curious if it could have been a large spear point. Thanks!

Hey J, I think it's a Wahuza and was used as a knife. BTW That's a beautiful artifact.

My guess is knife as well.
Far too thin to be useful as a spear point in my opinion.
