Searching for rocks, fossils and minerals in Catron County NM. C.J. picked this up this thinking it was like the 'other' ball (pictured). It appears be something far different!
Artifact? Stone? Clay? Culture? or ...... ... are we off to the 'doesn't belong here' forum? !!
We appreciate any knowledge and advice. Thanks!
Hohokam, Anasazi & Mogollon history run deep in this area. C.J. (daughter) has found some really odd & unusual bits and pieces over the years. She'll be thrilled to share them and learn about them!
