Lewis County, Tenn. Bannerstone Question

I picked this up today with the Axe I bought. It is marked 5120 Lewis Co. Tenn. The 5120 has a line through it. I am wondering what the style is considered based on the shape and location. I have seen some that resemble this shape but not exactly. Do these have a particular name or classification? I'm not sure of the stone type either so would sure appreciate any information. I thought this might be a good piece and the hole looks right, not made with modern tools. Here are some photos,
