Looks like a big base..top broke off..not real fine i know ...think it flaked off like that ?

What does the side/cross section view look like? Probably thick and irregular. It looks worked, it could be a core or maybe an adze, but probably not a preform for a giant paleo point.

It is randomly flaked and does get thicker as it goes up toward the broken end...an adze or some type of tool is a good suggestion ty

Looks like a big removed flake to me the broken end is probably thicker cause it’s the bulb of percussion. Could of been used as a tool or scraper
