The only Dalton picture that I have of one that I collected is the one in my avatar. It is no longer with me as it went with my collection of which I sold the major part many years ago. I had 15 of them, all personal finds. Many had broken tips. I had 3 Dalton types. The avatar is a Colbert and I had Greebriers and Hardaways. I collected primarily
in North Alabama.. This is the avatar point shown below.. Back in the day before digital camera, cell phones, etc. I never bothered with taking pictures of my finds. This pic was actually made with a desktop scanner. probably 20 years or more after I found it and before I let it go. I scanned some of the points that I had before selling them. I kept several very nice points but the buyer who bought them wanted all the really nice old stuff so the Clovis went too.

Old rocks I bet you have some stories if you have been collecting since then . I hear from my friends that hunted a camp I hunt now . They took 5 gallon buckets of G 10 points and would throw back what I pick up now .
you must of had prime pickings . That’s a beauty for sure .
When I was a kid we just threw them at each other . Didn’t know to collect them .

Ya the good ol days. 25-30 nice points a trip, no foot prints no no till plowing, those sites are now no trespassing, housing developments, or hunted out.

Wow, it is so funny you said that, Back when my dad was a kid some 80 years a go, He grew up near Wills Creek in Ohio, not to far from flint ridge, He said they had Arrow heads and points all over the creek back then. that they used to pick up and throw them at each other and never had a second thought abt them. I have one point he kept and gave to me... We had gone back when i was a kid and I was still able to find a few nice points. 50 years ago or so....

Those 4 amazing Clovis points on the bottom right look like they were crafted by the same master knapper! Are they from a cache that you found together? The material and the craftsmanship of those are nothing short of impeccable! Wow!
