  • What type is this

Found in a lake in Wisconsin in Mid 195s by my best friend and willed to me at his death. Would appreciate any information you might share about it, type, age, value etc.

I'd lean towards an Agate Basin on that piece with some really nice work. It has a kind of Cody knife look about it too???
Sorry about your friend and welcome to the site.

It’s a bit out of my area, but I do see what looks like an Eden. Very old and in very good shape. 8000-10000 years old if I am right, but I could be wrong. Maybe just Cody complex. Hopefully someone from that area will know for certain.

It's a dandy point your friend gave to you. I agree with SD Hunter as it probably is an Eden. If you are a collector then you know that it is a fairly rare find. so consequently we rarely see them posted on our forum.
