Found by a friend. Looking for opinions on point type and materiel. Found in a feeder creek in Athens, GA. Very thin and well crafted. Definitely early archaic. In the last picture I have a close up of the base, it is extremely ground. And I would say not from creek wear, as the edges are all extremely sharp. My guess was a Kirk, made of rhyolite? It’s appears to be a soft materiel from how it’s flaked. But has a slate feel to it. Thanks.
