Creatious Fish?

Happy #Fossilfriday Here's photos of a fish vertebrae found by an amateur fossil hunter friend in Southern Minnesota. After consulting some friends we suspect the #Creatious period - genus Xiphactinus or Ichthyodectes. Do you concur? Anyone else seen or found similar in the Midwest?
