I’m hoping it’s not human, bun not sure. I buried it.

While searching the edge of a river in Florida down stream from a shell mound that is also a burial site, I found this. I took it way back up to the mound and buried it, just in case.
I’m no good with bones, it could have been a deer skull piece or something, but I have no idea.
Could this be a human bone that washed down into the river?

Lol, that’s what I was told after I posted this. My wife had me thinking I was holding a human bone, thinking I was disrespecting the dead. But, makes more sense now! 😂
