    I’m probably given to hyperbole at times. Not this time, lol. This is a great story, and in so many ways! I’ve been telling folks to read if you like to smile. Young girl started at age one….

    Molly Sampson, who's been shark-tooth hunting since age 1, was looking for teeth on Christmas Day in Maryland when she found a 5-inch megalodon tooth.

        It's great to see a child out in the Winter looking for shark teeth. Best time of year to find them. Hat's off to her parents too, springing for $$ insulated waders, and taking her out there.

            I found this fossilized scallop shell (I think) last time I was at Calvert Cliffs - buried under a couple feet of sand under a large drift log. I plan on going back with my sifter and waders one of these weekends coming up. Also, if this isn’t a scallop she’ll fossil, let me know what you think.

                Wow! Congratulations young lady! What a killer find! Im super jealous BUT id rather a young up and comer like yourself find it! Keep em coming and that is the greatest thing to me, seeing the youth getting the “bug” and having an interest in our hobby! Yall are the future to the preservation of all things we love.

                      Boy this does make me smile . So good to see youth outside and not doing the tech games .
                      She is learning and gaining knowledge that could put her on an interesting path .
