This is a well worn disk 3 3/4" across. To me it looks like green hornestone. It is only 6mm thick.From Niger North Africa.

Can't help much with the African stuff,though I find it interesting still trying to grasp all of North American Indian stuff. 3-3/4" is pretty good size for a disc from anywhere I would think. I wonder if it was a game piece.
