any idea on lithic type.worked rock

Found this on the ohio .it looks like it was some knife form but I don't see much use.it seems heat treated it's glossy and the outer is brownish. I've even considered slag but it looks worked.so any ideas.

Remember that stuff I told you about flakes and debitage in that post of yours awhile back? I have no clue on material, it looks like slag glass to me. Keep up the search!
