    Here is two colorful Coastal Plain Chert pieces from Southeast Georgia. Coastal Plain Chert from Allendale formation, Brier Creek variant. Both pieces are broke and looks like they were broke when making and or re-sharpening. Click image for larger version

        Hey Johnny, Those are very interesting artifacts. Nice to know that I'm not even close to the first to break them. LOL The larger one looks like it has an overpass flake that took a chunk off the opposite edge (opposite edge from the percussion strike)
