    i see alot of rocks in flower beds down here that were a source rock for native peoples, most have no idea what they have not the best, i'll post better when i get a chance ts

          not my yard, wish it was my boat, thats what they call Fl. chert, i guess its something like lime stone, lot of little fossils in it most of the broken stuff i find broke on a fossil, its great race horse country if you look at marion co. from google earth all you'll see is horse farms with race tracks, most of the really good spots are on them, the lime gets in the grass and builds strong bones,,,twoshovel

            a few more source  rocks you can see where some were heated with the redish pink color, they are smooth and silky feeling same patination like the points i find, thats my grandson helping out with the photos, he's two and loves rocks,,, twoshovel
