It's a bit hard to tell (the pictures are a bit out of focus - try backing up the camera so it's not so close to the artifact), but it looks like it has quartz crystal inclusions. Unfortunately, you'd be hard pressed to find many arrowheads made out of that material, because quartz inclusions always make a point go BOOM when knapping them.

Looks like some of the granite we have here (but don’t think granite favored by the People to knap). Granite is pretty!
