If the color is true, and it's chert, it's a large flake of Normanskill chert. But it also somewhat looks like slag glass.

The 2nd picture shows a bulb of percussion which wouldn't be slag but the other 2 pictures look like slag.NW Georgia,

Normanskill outcrops in the Hudson Valley, not to far removed from Long Island. You can see a bulb of percussion and conchoidal fracturing on slag if a chunk is hit by the plow, or banged against another rock by erosion. The smoothness along those outer ridge lines really makes this look like slag. The piece has a translucent look to it, like opaque glass. But IDK from the photo.
