NC Palmer dart points

    A Hardaway Palmer dart point. That is a real in-situ but I don't have this point anymore bc someone offered me a good price but I found it relatively near the Hardaway site in Davidson Co., NC. The blade is beveled too. Here is another dart point that I found in Stokes Co., NC made of a Kanawha chert maybe. I researched why I found that material there and I read northern tribes wanted to take over the resources. Also, the person that gave me permission to hunt their land told me that they believe there was an Indian burial ground on it. I wonder if that black point was meant to fatally wound or actually did.

      Nice find Taterman 421 thanks for sharing the insight and pictures. Your guess is as good as mine as to what happened to that Dark colored point.
