    Nice rhyolite Savannah River..judging by material its probably from the Carolinas..

    The rhyolite points always seem to bigger than their counter part made from coastal plain chert, nice point.

        Wow a double whopper with cheese! It certainly does look like NC rhyolite. Those Savannah Rivers sure do get huge nice one!

                      Hi Terry. Yikes, holy moly, etc. What a huge blade and a dandy one for sure. Like Frank said. What use was made of that blade? I could dream up all kinds of wild uses and probably none of them correct.
