Got out for the first time this year and found a couple not much but broke the ice sorta to speak with winter hanging on.

      Congrats Chase.
I am happy to see that your hunting ability has not diminished over winter the same way your photography skills have.

I have to say I'm not home and getting to the place to look I lost a shoe in the mud walked out in my socks to get where we hunted took my socks and shoes back on to hunt for an hour but it was fun

Okay the whole story I met up with a guy in eveansville his name is jimmy dupont he has a Facebook page called Indiana relic den. ..
he took me out we drove like an hour forged a small lake which he said not a problem it's not deep and you will be driving on a rock bed which was not true I felt lucky to get across we get to where he wanted to hunt but there was 30 yard's of mud before you can hit some what dry ground
I get half way across and walk out of my shoe which put my foot and sock in the mud doing so buried the other shoe in the mud we which I came out of the other I grabbed both shoes and walked out of there in my socks got across took the socks off and put back on my shoes
we hunted for an hour and drove back forging that small lake again which did not have a rock bottom my suv is white but now it's mud brown I'm mud brown and sock less
now you know the rest of the story

You know your an arrowhead hunter when
                  see above
I think it was worth it . When you look at a point 50% to me is the story of a ball of fun usually .
