I’ve been getting out here and there when I get the chance and I managed to find some nice pieces.I cant remember if I posted any of these or not yet but aw heck I’ll put em up again anyways. The tip on the quartz triangle is one of the sharpest I’ve ever found. Thanks for looking!

Looks like the stuff I find down here in the Philly area... some of it at least... Is the third one made of basalt?

Hey Jay, Nice finds and you've been busy. That fifth one is interesting: Is the base intact?

Sweet stuff there, Jay. I particularly like that quartz triangle. I've been playing with some quartzite and that stuff is not easy to knap, it doesn't take to pressure flaking very well, so I've got alot of respect for a well made piece like that and its maker.Stagger Lee/ SE Missouri

Hi Jay. I'm glad you're having some good luck hunting. A real dandy quartz piece you found for sure. Too bad those NA guys had such hard stuff to work with compared to folks living where good quality knapping material was available. If those guys had the lithic that was available in the midwest or southeast they would have turned out absolutely beautiful points. Considering what they had to work with in your area they produced some dang nice points. BTW, those are super quality photos!
