My "heartbreakers". Pictures say a thousand words, right? Still, the top 3 are among the best artifacts of my collection, broken as they are

This one is one of my favorite tool pieces. Made of Heat-Treated Chert, it has a beautiful finish that made me deem it my "Tomato." Archaic to Woodland Period, Central Florida.

I have to share this one. If i could have one magically become whole, it'd prob be this one. I found this at first paleo site i ever got to dig. Unfortunately i dont have acess to it anymore. It looks to be made of the local corsl, a beautiful deep shone. Pics dont do justice on color, size, or workings. Either was a huge blade, or mammoth. Circular Scraper. Nice....

Sweet. Could have served as a core as well by the looks of it.

Found this one about 40 years ago in the field next to my parent’s home...we were actually looking for civil war artifacts.
Wandering wherever I can, mostly in Eastern Arkansas, always looking down.
