  • Ouch!

I’ve had my feelings hurt before, this was the worst case!

I have looked at a lot of Folsom points and there can be quite a bit of variation in quality of workmanship. Your specimen would rank in the very top tier. The fluting and edge work are spectacular.

      Yes Sir
At times I wish I had not found it.. Does that seem strange ? I have spent hours upon hours in study, in thinking, in wonderment. It is agate, translucent , pure without any internal defects behind bright light. What did he look like ? Have a family, children? What animal was on mind? A one throw deal after sooo much art... On and on my mind goes.....

Aw, man! That one has me shedding tears. (Do not take this literally, I don't cry.) That sucks, but that is the best base one could ever ask for. Folks find broken paleo points, but none as good as that.

Right Tom and I'd much rather have that part than the missing part(s).

I really hate that for you and can imagine what you feel like but it still an amazing find! At one time that was a masterpiece.

A true Lindenmeier. Even back then there were probably only a few people that could make those.

Yup, you earned your name. Awesome point, even broken it's nicer than almost anything that the Archaic peoples made.

Wow man. I have said this time and again but the points that come from Texas are just awesome. I really think it was due to the historically immense herd of bison that made Texas their home. You have displayed some awesome points L.M.
