Great arrowhead...then there's mine.

A neighbor gave me a look at two arrowheads that he found about 500 yards from my house. He gave me a very small, and very crude bird point. He let me take a pic of the "cool one". I am leaning to Brewerton Corner notch. The bird point is exceptionally crude, so typing it will be impossible. He has found flakes, and points before, and he gave me permission to hunt his fields for points and chert after deer season.





The corner notched point is about the size of an SD card. The little one is about the size of a nickel.

At least you found something I went today on a new property and didnt find nothing but a few pieces of worked flint. I did however find a deep mud hole and almost lost my boots. I didnt find enough to justify a return but you cant just wonder if anything is there you have to go look. Never know you might find a treasure trove but like today it was a bust for me.
