  • Mars.

The good folks here have named a hill that I look Mars ! Ok that works ! Mars Hill. Here is the thing. I don’t really find a lot on Mars, I have many more productive sites. And Mars has a lot of area to walk. And I do knock myself out. Reason why ? Simple, Folsom culture camp. I have found lots of folsom points in my life, and a known site where they camped , a person just don’t quit. These are the last two quarter bases from the last two hunts...So, what would you do ??? Hey JJ, Figure out how you could dig without disturbing the area. Discuss it with the landowner and see if you can dig.

Pass out , then wake up and start digging . I would take a rest from the other sites and go full tilt on this area .

I know where a better Folsom culture camp is, got several whole ones from that site. Long drive to Dawson county. Mars is close.

Here is the final image the Opportunity rover took of Mars before a dust storm enveloped it. A shame you were not in the photo waving! Good luck digging, and try not to miss the return flight....

That’s right ! All those cartoons were and are classics ! I remember my dad like Wylie coyote vs Roadrunner ... He would really laugh at all the Acme products....
