  • Couple of hammer-stones

    Found a red and yellow quartzite hammer stone .
    This is very typical of their favorite lithic here in SW Georgia for these .
    Not to much pecking but enough to see they used them .

      Show them setting together on something, I find a lot of stones in camps that are not hammer stones but they used them for something, could be for later use.

        I will .. I found what would look like a pastel yesterday but was skeptical to post . It is all pitted up in the bottom like for nuts .
