    Found this sweet twisty beveled point after a big rain recently. I'm thinking a Darl but would love other opinions. Looks like the original, never resharpened point to me, or at least very little.

        That point/ dart there can fall into several types. The odd thing are the serrations .. I’ll have to study it when I get more time. I’m thinking it’s mid archaic... Good score, keep looking the area and if you find more archaic points, that might help on defining the type.... JJ

          Thanks. I have found several more similar but smaller beveled points at the same camp, although they are smaller and not as exaggerated as far as the twist caused by the beveling; one small point would probably have been close but was resharpened multiple times until it is very narrow.
