  • Allendale and Bevel point

Here is the two points Bruce talked about in his trip to the states. It was nice for Bruce to visit us again and it is always nice to have him down in our area. The Red and white point is an Allendale point a localized point along Savannah river a little ways into S.C, and a little ways into Ga. from Savannah River. The bevel is what I will call it because they have a various names in our state and adjoining states. The photo is a little dark because is without flash because it washes out flaking details Click image for larger version

Gosh, out of the loop coz trying to work again (since kids zipping thru $!), so what’s the buzz but WillJo’s Allendale & a bevel, both found within a Levithan’s spittin’ distance from me! I’m embarrassed I didn’t find and proud at same time that WillJo did! Allendale is county of Topper site, btw.

Posting pics now Treasures’ Tribute in Off The Wall of more of dear WillJo’s artifacts (and Old Rocks’ fossils, as well as better imagines of LinnyMan’s sherds).

Those are the beauties I wanted to see.
Now if you could take another picture in daylight everyone else can see how spectacular they really are.
