You've got some great stuff there, SH.

I think I've shown most everything decent I've got.

Can't remember if I've posted this or not.

    It's one of my best.

Crystal points are beautiful - sharp one at far right is outstanding.

And you know I love the bone spike.

Found this at the end of the day! A hair below six inches. I thought morrow mtn. as an ID but have since heard it's a woodland Mack blade! Almost turned around to go home twice! Glad I kept stepping forward!

Yes, it is an Etley. Definitely a beauty. One of the Missouri archaeological society board members thought so too. He said it was an exceptionally well made point and an excellent example of a mid sized, square stemmed variety.

Love that rhyolite! I was just talking to a friend about how different they can look after a few days of drying out! Nice point man.

That's a nice point, Marshall. I've got one or two that look like that but I'm hesitant to call mine kirks bc I'm right on the edge of the distribution zone. Maybe I should get them out and reconsider my previous thoughts.

This was my first ever creek find. Killer little motley point made out of kaolin chert with a bit of creek stain on it. This find won find of the month in June of 2018. Click image for larger version

Thanks, Glen. I think it had just washed out of a natural dirt and stick dam that had built up around a tree in the middle of the creek
