I have to admit as I'm just now getting into this hobby I'm starting to respect tools much more than I did. At first if it wasn't an arrowhead it didn't matter and I tossed it. Now if it's clearly a tool I'm more intrigued to understand how it was used. Here's one I kept and didn't give it any mind at all at the time but now going back and looking it's as awesome to me as a point. Don't know how old it is, what it's made of or what it was used for but I think it's pretty cool. Like most every piece that's posted on this site they could easily be put in a museum and more important to this country's history than 99% of what's in museums today.

I started out with opposite process: some of my rocks obviously deliberately shaped into something not points. I understood that rock been around eons and that someone other than me had picked it up in appreciation, and used it. Wow; that “someone” was from “before”....
I found this forum, and because of this forum, I now appreciate arrowheads!
