Hey Johnny, JMO I would call four bifaces and the one a preform if I knapped them but who knows for sure. The ancient people may have found a use for them as is. BTW all are very nice ancient artifacts.

Those are some nice and big tools. Choppers? Bifaces? Bottom left one is really neat.

Are any of those flat on the back side?
I am wondering if they could have been preforms for turtle back scrapers 🤔

Beautiful pieces. The bottom left in the first pick looks like the trade blanks you find up here in Ohio. If that one is unifaced then obviously it's not, but either way great stuff.

It is not an Ohio trade blank but it could be a Georgia trade blank, where these came from is a manufacturing site and numerous trade blanks was made at this site. One on left in last photo.

I have always called them circular scrapers, but have heard them called turtlebacks. Only found one so far but it is a little beat up. Those are very nice. That's the only thing about those chunky tools sometimes is how to display them.
