        All that I've seen you post look to be made from Burlington chert and almost all have the same stain. How did you come by these pieces?

          Cleaning out my parents house, they were up in an attic in a good size cigar box about a hundred of them maybe a little more. Found after my parents passed so there is no information on them. I had a person tell me they seemed to be from the cuiver River basin. My mom side of family owned a lot of land on the outskirts of St. Louis MO. (Bridgeton, Maryland heights cities) They were found with my moms side of the family stuff. We have a document that shows we sold a bunch of land for lambert field.
          Since so many have creek stains im going to hit the creeks around where my mom grew up it is a long shot.

                IDK the types, but I like them. Especially the large one.
