Little perf/drill and stuff

Did a little walking today with the wife...ended the day with several brokes and a nice little end scraper. The wife unit located a nice little perforator/drill with really nice flaking.

The last picture (broken piece) can that be identified as paleo by the flaking going side to side?
I studied it more, such a small piece and im not getting what I first thought of as side to side.

If you mean the broke, it looks to be a cobble chert.
