    I only had a hour of free time to go digging after work today and I’m sure glad I decided to go.

      This particular dig site I have found them from the surface down to about 4 feet

        I think you found an excellent form of a resharpened Hopewell point. The chalcedony could of come from cobbles found in eastern Pa., or from glacial cobbles found along the Delaware River. This material is commonly used for Hopewells in eastern Pa., and NJ.
